When working with Allen Powell of Architecture Unlimited, we start by getting a list of the rooms, general location of rooms, features, style, and other specific things you want. We start with a presentation drawing an example of which can be seen here. This is done at minimal cost and we can get a rough cost from these plans which are done to scale. The drawing is revised for changes to meet your needs. When we get close and are in agreement on general specifications and costs, the plan is put on CAD and preliminary plans at a ¼” scale can be printed that allow for more detailed revisions and pricing. Once finalized, the full set of plans is completed with all the dimensions and detail required for building the home.
