Castle Hills in Lewisville, TX

Garvey Homes has been building in Castle Hills since the beginning in 1998.  With over 27 custom homes built in the community to date, we are the largest custom builder here.

Castle Hills is a 2,500 acre master planned community with easy access to the major highways.  Just a few miles from I-35 to the West, the Dallas North Tollway to the East, 121 to the North, and 190 to the south, the area is in a great location.

Boasting 500 acres of parks, lakes and a golf course the whole community is designed around a concept called Neotraditionalism which is a fancy term for "building neighborhoods like they used to be."  Streets are designed to be shorter and safer.  The placement of schools and shopping encourage people to walk and bike.
