Principals

Tim Garvey

A native of the Dallas area, Tim has been involved in construction for over 30 years.  In addition to his experience, he also holds a Graduate Master Builder Certification which is one of the toughest certifications to achieve as a home builder.  In order to even be eligible to receive this designation, which is only held by 623 builders nationwide, a builder must have previous designations along with ten years of building industry experience.  The Graduate Master Builder Program is designed to help industry veterans with advanced and in-depth instruction geared for building professionals.

Bob Hansen

Managing the the company administratively and financially, Bob has over 30 years of experience in financial management and over 20 in the construction industry.  After receiving a bachelor's degree from Cornell University and an M.B.A. from Emory University, he gained several years of experience in financial management with large corporations.  Utilizing this background he has developed efficient financial and cost control systems at Garvey Homes. 

Construction

Kevin Wheeler - Over 10 years of construction experience with Garvey Homes. 

Administrative

Leslie Hansen - Holds an Accounting degree from Emory University and oversees general administrative and accounting aspects of the company.

Teresa Denton - Office Manager
